Included in the cost: Your horses accommodation, hay / haylage, shavings.

(Humans… bring your own bedding and happy juice (or dutch courage for some of us)
One lesson per day: Some expressed an interest in doing one lesson rather than two per day, Stockland Lovell advised that this is possible, however they need to know definite numbers of this as the cost will change. So if this is what you would prefer to do, please state it on your booking form and let me know in your response e-mail.
****Please note: If you book on to the one lesson per day option, you will not be able to change your mind. Similarly, if you book on to the two lessons per day option and decide after booking or during the camp that you do not wish to partake in both lessons each day, you are completely free to go hacking to the pub, but your lesson is non-refundable****
This isn’t me being awkward, it is something that SL stipulated as the instructors are costed for / brought in to cater for numbers booked on to each lesson.
If you decide whilst you are there that you would like to swap with someone of a similar ability that is or isn’t booked on, i.e – someone who has booked both but doesn’t want to do the second one for instance, but someone who hasn’t booked on to both would really like to do another, this is fine, but you will need to sort out the cost of the lesson between yourselves. I am not getting involved in swapsies! 😉
I know that a possible Le Trec – demo / have a go afternoon has been loosely discussed and Stockland Lovell are very happy for us to run this, as long as we arrange it, costs etc ourselves. To enable it to go ahead they have agreed to let us use a five acre field next to the arenas. Obviously the cost of this will be in addition to the cost of the camp, meaning we will need to make sure we have enough members wanting to take part to be able to pay the instructor. So if you would like to have a go at this, please let me know on your response e-mail.
Lessons / Instructors: I am waiting for SL to get back to me with who they have arranged – Natalie Passmore / and or Claire Loney were on the list (but dependant on availability). I will be calling them over the next day or so for confirmation.
Lessons are arranged so that you will be with others of a similar level to you…so hopefully everyone will get the most out of their tuition.
Photographer: Fiona Crawford has been booked to cover the Thursday to capture our smiley happy faces / or terrified faces (if you are me)! Viewing of the photos will be on the Thursday evening over dinner.
Booking forms to be in by Friday 18th April
We have approximately 15 spaces (could possibly get a few more however this may affect the final cost) places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
