Blackdown Mendip, Area 12 Indoor Novice Team Indoor Show Jumping Championship
at Badgworth Sunday Jan.28th 2007

We hosted, with Blackdown Mendip, the Area 12 Indoor Novice Team Indoor Show Jumping Championship at Badgworth last Sunday Jan.28th.The teams were down on previous years but we still had plenty to fill the day.

Brent Knoll did very well in the Warm up class by taking 1st and 2nd places,with Kim Hill winning on Henleys One & Only and Sarah Bryant taking the second slot on Henleys Rhythm in Black. This proved a very good warm up as all the team jumped clear in the first round so went into the second round on a score of 0! Sarah and Kim again jumped clear. Carar Tyer had one fence down due to Red Hot and Ready to Rumble being a bit strong and Carar only having one good arm due to being involved in a car accident on Thursday, no it wasn't her fault, the car I mean! Laura Caville and Frankie were the discount score as things didn't go as well in the second round for them, enough said! We were by far the quickest team, so even though West Somerset finished on 4 we got the second place on time. Well done to all the team and a big thak you to those who came and helped.
