If you are placed in a class then the following points will be awarded:
- 1st place 6 points, 2nd place 5 points, 3rd place 4 points, 4th place 3 points, 5th place 2 points, 6th place 1 point.
- 3 points will be awarded to final scores for members who have helped at events at least twice in the year.
- 10 points will be deducted if no help is given by a member in the year.
Rosettes will be awarded to 6th place at the annual AGM in the following sections:
- Best ridden showing horse.
- Best ridden showing pony.
- Best show jumping horse.
- Best show jumping pony.
- Best dressage horse.
- Best dressage pony.
- Overall ridden Champion rosette.
- Best in-hand showing horse.
- Best in-hand showing pony.
- Best young stock in-hand horse.
- Best young stock in-hand pony.
- Overall in-hand Champion horse and pony.
- Best non-competitor.
- Best helper.
- Best new member.
At each event we hold there will be a register held with one of the committee members, it is up to you to make sure your name is on that register. I’m sure you agree that everyone will now have a chance of a rosette at our awards given at the AGM each year. We have tried to make it fair for all our members to be included in the awards.
